With over 20 years of financial experience and more than a decade in the buy-to-let market, Joanne brings a wealth of expertise in budgeting, financial sustainability, and investment optimisation. Her background as a Chartered Accountant within the NHS provides the business with a solid foundation in budgeting and cash flow, strategic planning and resource management.
James is a dedicated funeral director, known for his compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail — qualities that naturally extend into property management and development as well as being a project manager in a previous role. He is also an active volunteer with the Boys’ Brigade and serves as a Trustee of a Youth Camping Centre based in Snowdonia, reflecting his strong commitment to youth development and the outdoors.
Together, we combine financial know-how, operational discipline, and community values to grow Red Anchor Properties — a business that specialises in transforming tired houses into high-quality, energy-efficient homes.
